Students

The Student Ministry anchors itself on the same mission that the church as a whole does: developing maturing vibrant followers of Jesus Christ.

Student Ministry offers programs for students from 6th grade through high school. Our desire is to have each student be so filled with Christ and His presence that He can be seen in each aspect of their lives. We accomplish this through mentoring relationships. We select excellent leaders and allow the students plenty of interaction with these leaders in order that each student can see and follow someone who is already following Christ passionately. Our primary vehicle for this interaction is within small groups where we seek to apply the truths contained in the Scriptures. We also foster interaction in our large group and outreach activities.

Fall-Winter Schedule

Our fall-winter schedule includes "WAG" (WAG stands for "Wednesday Night at Grace") every Wednesday night from 7:30 to 9:00 PM. During the WAG, we focus on discipleship. We have small groups that are broken up by school grade and gender. On Sunday nights we have two programs. The first is called "Fusion" on the second Sunday night of each month. This is a multi-church event. Fusion moves locations each time among the participating churches. We meet at 5:00 PM on Fusion nights in order to travel to the meeting location. On every fourth Sunday night at 7:30 PM we have "SNAG" (Sunday Nights At Grace). This is a fun, outreach-oriented event where students can bring their friends for a night of fun, food, and a devotional. All Sunday night activities end at 9:00 PM.

Summer Schedule

Our summer schedule includes SNAG meetings every Sunday from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM. It is a time of fun, food and spiritual challenges given by the summer staff at Grace. There are no Wednesday night meetings during the summer. We also have youth events throughout the summer.
